About us
The project management specialist group aims to establish a network for IT project managers from all sectors. In addition, the ASQF® Certified Professional for Project Management – Foundation Level certificate, which combines best practices and international project management standards, has been further developed in recent years.
In November 2018, a new specialist group People, Projects, Processes (Ï€3) was formed from the merger of the regional specialist group Project Management Franconia with the specialist group Agility Franconia.
The contents are the various disciplines of professional project management, i.e. project structuring, planning, controlling, risk and conflict management, customer approach and team communication as well as resource planning in complex IT projects, but also process models and project quality management.
