Mobile Devices & Apps Rhine-Main specialist group
About us
This Mobile Devices & Apps specialist group in the Rhine-Main region serves the professional and technical exchange of know-how relating to mobile devices (mobile devices, mobile app development, mobile app testing).
Mobile devices and apps have become a multi-billion market in just a few years. This opens up new opportunities for manufacturers, but also poses challenges and risks. For example, the (commercial) success of a mobile app is directly linked to its quality. Good apps are rated positively by users and therefore rise in the app store ranking. Apps of poorer quality, on the other hand, have little chance of being noticed due to the high level of competition.
The Mobile Devices & Apps specialist group of the ASQF e. V. aims to counter the uncertainty here and meet the growing demand for the development and expansion of knowledge.

Rhine-Main Safety & Security specialist group
About us
The Rhine-Main Safety specialist group was founded in 2009 and has been managed by Marco Schuster and Vera Gebhardt ever since.
Functional safety and IT security influence each other and must be treated at least according to the state of the art and on the basis of current legal regulations. The often competing protection goals must be achieved and maintained across different disciplines, in different industries, for different products and their variants.
Our new Safety & Security specialist group offers a professional platform for openly addressing and discussing topics, problems, ideas and solutions. In addition, there are valuable network contacts and the creation and provision of specialist contributions at our specialist group meetings.
We are happy to accept requests for topics and dates for events and respond to inquiries with concrete ideas for implementation.
We consistently present necessary techniques, successful development/production procedures, methods for achieving compliance with safety standards, recognized test procedures and practical project examples to ASQF e. V. members and event participants.

Artificial Intelligence specialist group
About us
Artificial intelligence is increasingly shaping software development and is a central topic in the ASQF e. V. community. In order to promote the exchange and transfer of knowledge, the supra-regional Artificial Intelligence specialist group was launched. Members of the ASQF e. V. from various areas are involved here – from research and regulated environments to software testing.
The specialist group deals with best practices, challenges and opportunities in the use of (generative) AI in software development and testing. Questions relating to operational use in safety-critical systems, regulatory requirements and AI processes such as ModelOps and AI-related DevOps are particularly relevant.
